My Clitoris Goes Numb

Dear Betty,
I've read many of the subjects on this website and a lot of them helped me to understand my sexuality.
Dear Betty,

Hi Dr. Betty:
Dear Dr. Betty,
First of all, sorry if my English is bad, my native language is Spanish. Ok, on with it.
Dear Betty,
Thanks so much for taking the time to answer.
I'm 19 years old and sexually active, i have a bit of a problem with the fact that my labia majora is so swollen after oral sex or just stimulation. My partners have either given oral or tried to stimulate it but i don't really feel anything and at the end of the night its so swollen that i had to try to cool it down with ice water but it usually takes 2-3 days to go back to its normal size.
Could this be some kind of infection? Or is it just me?
Dear R,
Dear Dr.Betty,
I am so glad to have found you website! I am a 24 year old girl from India. We are the land of kamasutra but sex is largely a taboo in our country and premarital sex is a strictly secret affair, no one even admits they do it!
I started having sex with my boyfriend recently, we have tried just 5-6 times so far, not counting the times we spent trying to just loosen my vagina as it was too tight and penetration hurt a lot.
My concerns are:
Dear Dr. Betty,
I've been with my partner now for about a year and a half. When we met it was complete passion through and through. But now I don't feel aroused by anything anymore. It takes me a long time to get worked up and I'm always in my head during sex it seems.
Hello,
I am a 25 year old female, and my problem is I can't climax. Well I can but only with vibrators, never on my own with my fingers or while having intercourse. When my partner performs oral sex, it doesn't feel good, or bad i can just feel it. The same thing is true with my clitoris, when I touch it it's not sensitive.
It does not feel good or bad, but I feel it. I started masturbating at about 13 years old with shower heads and that went on for a few years, that might be the reason why my clitoris isn't as responsive.
Hi Betty,
When I was pregnant, I developed a growth of skin on one side of my clitoral hood.
My OBGYN said she would remove it while I was delivering but for some reason or another it didn't happen. 10 years later, it's getting in my way when I'm trying to masturbate and I feel like it is taking a hit on my self esteem because I think I caused it by the skin to skin friction while masturbating. I've never seen anything like it in your pictures, and I'm shy to see a gynecologist about it now.
Hi Betty.
I am a bit worried about my clitoris. Recently when aroused my clitoris swells to be huge. Similar in size to a my thumb, to the point I can feel it very obviously when I walk and very visible from the outer lips. I have never noticed this before and has only been happening the last 2-3 months. Is this something I should get checked out or is it normal? If I should get it checked out who should I go to for this type of problem?
Thanks for any help you can give!
Dear S,
Dr. Betty-
I know you're probably going to say that I'm just being paranoid, but here goes:
About a week ago, my boyfriend was rubbing my clit, and he did it quite a bit too hard. It took me a few days to recover. My clit was almost completely numb and wouldn't become erect in the slightest. It has feeling again in it now and is becoming erect when I'm aroused, but the pleasure I used to get from rubbing it is almost entirely gone.
