My Bodysex Research

Dear Dr. Betty,
Lately I experience cramps when I reach orgasm which pretty much takes the fun out of my orgasms. The cramps do not appear every time I masturbate but they are really distracting and the satisfaction does not set in as the sensation is not the same. The cramps feel like the ones I have while menstruating (which isn't much fun either) although I am not.
I wonder if you ever heard of any similar cases and have some advice for me.
Thank you so much for everything.
M
Dear M,
Hello Betty,
I'm now 19 and am lucky enough to have been following your work, and have become somewhat of a fan girl.
Dear Dr. Betty,
I'm one of a few women I know who have rarely been able to experience painless sex. In all my frustration I've seen countless GPs & specialists - they've all given me the same standard (but unhelpful) advice that I need to try other positions, or I need more lubrication. At the moment, I might as well be having sex in a olympic pool of olive oil.
First off… Thank you D&R! A big Thank you to all the bloggers of D&R for helping me become the sexual goddess I “feel” I am today. Me 1st Dammit!
In search on my “lost orgasm”, I stumbled across your website about 3-1/2 years ago and it has changed my life. I am currently 8 months separated from a 16 year marriage, I began to express myself and needs more in the bedroom and he became offended by this, so he constantly
questioned my wants and started with false accusations of infidelity.
Understanding the pelvic floor and your pc muscle is vital to achieving orgasm. I encourage women to engage their pc muscle while they stimulate their clitoris using my Rock 'n Roll orgasm technique.
This is a great YouTube on the structure of the pelvic floor with organs, etc in 3D:
