I'm Unable to Climax Without a Vibrator

Hi Dr. Betty,

Oh, where to begin. At 27 years old, I have sort of given up on myself. I have been sexually active for about a decade and have been in loving relationships with different partners. I consider myself quite a sexual person, comfortable with my sexuality, etc. But I am unable to climax without a vibrator (both on my own and with a partner). I originally learned to orgasm at a young age using a make-shift vibrator. Now, when I try to touch myself without a vibrator I either a) find it too intense (directly on the clitoris) or quite dull (around the clitoris).

My Fiance Found Out I was Faking Orgasms

Dear Betty

My fiancé just found out that I was faking orgasms.. Honestly I did and I was trying to make it seem so real but somehow he found out.. That doesn't mean I was lying the whole time I had great G spot orgasms but the problem is I don't know why can't I come every time we make love.

Is It My Natural Anxiety or Repressed Feelings Keeping Me From Enjoying Sex?

Dear Betty,

I'm an 18 yr old girl and I have anxiety and adhd which do go hand in hand. It's genetic and comes from my mom who is very supportive and i can talk to her about almost anything. In my early puberty i became very religious and active in my church. For the past year i've changed my perspective a lot and i don't agree with a lot of christianity or at least the way they conduct it. I'm not athiest and still trying to figure things out for myself so i'm just calling myself agnostic right now.

I Want to Orgasm From Penetration

Dear Dr. Betty,

Hey, I'm A and I'm 17. I've been into sex from such a young age around 7 or 8 years old. I've always masturbated since then and always get to my orgasm and it feels so good. I started out humping up until I was 13 or so. I used my hands to massage clit area and came every time. I then used vibrating massager on clit and vagina area and it gave me a more intense orgasm, which I loved even more so I got addicted to it.

What Kind of Things are Best in a First Time Lesbian Sexual Intercourse

Hello!

I'm having a few issues here that I would absolutely love to have some help with.

I'm really new to sexual and lesbian... Stuff (I guess I could say). I'm really attracted to my partner and I really want to explore a lot of things with her. But as a virgin who doesn't have much experience I'm not quite sure what I should be doing. I've had many fantasizes about what I would like to do with her, and I feel that we're both ready as she has fantasized as well.

Penetration is the Bane of My Existence

Hi Betty,

I need help, I'm finally with a partner I enjoy, but he's super huge and I'm not so much. I also suffer from vaginsmus, since my first time was very traumatic. He tried to put it in the other day and it was an epic fail, I blame in part the fact that he was on his lunch break, oh well, we tried.

Never Had an Orgasm With Someone Else. Afraid of Losing Control

Dear Dr. Betty,

Thank you for all the work you've done for women! I really appreciate your work and I'm a big fan. Your hard work for independent orgasm is just impressive! If I was in NY I would visit and and give you a big hug.

I was a woman with many problems, but thanks to your support I'm getting closer to my independent orgasm. Unfortunately I still have problems with my sexual life but I'm pretty sure you can help me to "speed up the process":

FGM Survivor Trying to Achieve Orgasm With the Love of My Life

Hi Betty,

So I am 25 years old and have been married to the love of my life. We've been married for less than 3 months and have really and desperately tried having sex. There are so many levels to this issue. I think I may have vaginismus that makes my muscles contract, which I have been experiencing.
