How Can I Learn to Love My Older Body?

Dear Dr. Betty,

I will be turning 50 in a few weeks. I've had 3 children whom I breast fed for a total of 8 years. The last few years I have gained & lost 30- 40 lbs. several times. Most recently I have lost the weight. I am having a difficult time accepting my sagging & loose skinned breasts. I just had a self -loving experience that included a wonderful orgasm. I had a mirror set up in front of me.

Within literally 5 seconds of the orgasm, my glance was crossing my sagging breasts and I just burst into tears- 5 seconds after an orgasm. What can I do, besides breast augmentation, that would increase my acceptance of this seeming fact of my life. I am a very passionate person, this is also affecting my sexual relationship/pleasure with my BF. I feel like covering my breasts when I am with him because I am feeling less and less attractive. Please HELP.

Dear DP,

Darling we all go through some form of body loathing with aging. While you do have the option of breast augmentation, I'd personally want to avoid surgery. How you feel about your breasts is how I feel about my fat tummy. And of course the elephant skin (many fine lines) on my legs and arms. Oh I could go on and on but I won't reinforce my negative body image.

When I was having regular partnersex, I wore a cute top to bed. A girlfriend of mine with large boobs keeps her bra on when she's with her lover. Believe me, guys care very little about things we obsess over as long as they have an inviting pussy to play with. Fifty is very young, so figure out a way to get over yourself and enjoy all the orgasms you desire with you and your boyfriend. Get rid of the mirror and look for your beauty within.
