I have been hearing it is possible for men to have an orgasm without ejaculating. Is that possible? I can last for 30-40 min but then have a hard time (lol) getting back up again after ejaculating. I have heard you can control your pc and stop yourself from EJ. I feel I have a strong PC but when it starts to build I can't stop.

Yes it is possible to have an orgasm without ejaculating. This practice is part of Eastern religions of Tantra or Taoist Sex that requires years of practice and training. Personally, I prefer a man with good come control and your 30 to 40 minutes sounds adequate. But then I don't encourage a woman to orgasm from penis/vagina penetration without additional clitoral stimulation. It's best if she does that for herself.
