Apologies if this query is too far off topic but you are one of the few people I feel would give a sensible answer. In the warmer weather I love to wear skirts and dresses without underwear, it's cooling and my own little secret from the outside world. When I mentioned this to my sister she suggested this might lead to minor infections that although not serious I could do without. I tend to wear skirts around knee level so there is no contact with seats etc. I appreciate you are not a medical Doctor (but wondered if you could help?

I'm writing because I am worried about the size and development of my vulva. My clit, when fully aroused, is smaller than an apple seed and my inner labia are so minisucule that they barely rise above the surrounding tissue. I was anorexic from about 12-16, and then from 16-23 heavily abused alcohol and drugs. I am have been clean and sober for about 2 years now and just had my first orgasm about 6 months ago. I am wondering if my past behavior could have pemanently stunted my sex organs or if this size is normal.

I'm 19 years old and I don't enjoy sex. Ever since I lost my virginity at 16 i've had 3 partners and have not been able to have enjoyable sex with any of them. Every time I have been well lubricated, so I don't think that is the problem. Thank you for being you. You have influenced me so much. I want to ask you about genital shaving. I probably have an average amount of hair in the pelvic region. I do have some hair that grows around the outer parts of my lips in between my legs. I enjoy being natural but guys seem to want me to shave. I will trim and take care of any wildness but I hate shaving. I have really sensitive skin. I always get terrible razor burn and uncomfortable itching.

After two hernia operations I have a "dead spot" with no, or diminished sensation in my pubic area. It is in that triangular pubic area above my penis and most of the sensation loss is on my right side. Everything else functions normally, but the sensation just isn't the same during intercourse. It's not too big a deal, but after 4 years will the sensation ever get back to normal?
