We are a late thirties(her 37, him 39) couple that has been in the swinging lifestyle for just over 5 years. Just in the last year my wife has had several on and off issues with UTI's and bacterial vaginosous. She will get one fixed and then the other pops up days after that. Our sex life has gone hill severely since all of this has happened. about 6 months ago she did have a cyst removed, by frezzing, and for about 3 months after she heeled up everything was fine. but then our/her problems started all over again. The doctors we have seen give one thing to get rid of the UTI and then she is good for a day or two then the fishy smell comes in affect. Of course this isn't attractive to her or me so we treat that. Then the UTI comes back. We are at a total loss.

Not sure if any of the guys on here have this problem, but premature ejaculation is something I dealt with for many years.  All of the common solutions didn't do anything for me:

• Masturbating before sex (takes away all the fun and excitement);
• start/stop (everytime I would start up again I felt l was going to orgasm right away again);
• desensitizing cream (worked to last longer, but isn't sex supposed to be enjoyable)?
• Thinking about something else (disconnecting mind from body is a temporary solution that doesn't work all that great, and never allows you to really learn ejaculation control).

Alright, I'm at a loss. My boyfriend and I have been together for about 2 1/2 years and having intercourse for 2 or so. Most of that time I've been on the pill and we were both virgins so we haven't used condoms except for a few times. We've recently decided to use condoms as well as birth control because we have a mutual friend who got pregnant while on the pill and we really don't want to take chances.
