For those new to my blog, I write on my sex life because many of us need only read of an example of what really is possible or that they'd never thought of. It so often lights a desire inside to "want to feel that." To want to learn how to make sex better through sex education and coaching, maybe for the first time in their lives. 

Birth control details are as important to me in sex education as sex technique and connection. I was talking with Olivia the other day, discussing our plan to steer clear of pregnancy for her despite the fact that we have sex part of the month without condoms. First, Olivia is on birth control, however, we're aware that birth control is not perfect, so we still follow the pattern of her cycle, called popularly, the rhythm method. We have sex without condoms, as you saw in my last blog post with her, after her menstrual flow has stopped, which for her cycle, is the first seven days or so of the month. Then we switch to condoms until that time again next month.

Channel 4 Education has commissioned independent developer Zombie Cow Studios to create a PC download game about sexual health.  Aimed primarily at young males, the game will take a light hearted approach to advice on sexually transmitted infections and teenage pregnancy.

Speaking at a briefing today, Channel 4 Education commissioning editor Matt Locke revealed that Privates will be a "spoof on the Space Marine genre", in which players enter a young man's privates to shoot down infections.

Here is a question that I answered via email from a woman who attended my food and sex co-presentation. I'm planning on making an audio version for sale too. I listed this position on the PowerPoint slide we used for suggested positions, however, the presentation moved on before all the positions could be described. The "right angles" position was one of them. We'll call the woman asking the question Sienna. Her reply to my answer is below as well. As a sex life consultant, I gather reasearch in more avenues than just how to have more powerful orgasms and better sex. Hypothyroidism makes a negative impact on your life as a whole and especially your sex life. From anxiety production that makes it harder to focus on our partners and enjoying them, loss of libido totally or intermittently, on to physical issues like cold hands and undesirable weight gain. For me, I walk this detailed path on wellness because I want a body and mind that are capable of the sex and living that I can do now well into my senior years. Also, when you take amazing care of yourself and take it seriously, your loved ones are not burdened unnecessarily by a family member or friend in failing health.

A June report from the United Nations Economic, Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has recommended that children as young as five should receive mandatory sexual education that would teach even pre-kindergarteners about masturbation and topics like gender violence.

The 98-page report offers a universal lesson plan for kids ranging in age from 5-18, an "informed approach to effective sex, relationships" and HIV education that they say is essential for "all young people."
