For those new to my blog, I write on my sex life because many of us need only read of an example of what really is possible or that they'd never thought of. It so often lights a fire inside to "want to feel that." To want to learn how to make sex better, maybe for the first time in their lives.  

This blog entry is based on email feedback I received from Samantha on the night we hung out at a sex-themed bar then bolted to the nearest bedroom.

I'm moving to Scandanavia: A park near Amsterdam has unveiled information signs pointing out spots where officials say gay men are known to have sex, so visitors are not taken by surprise.

The signs "clearly indicate what is happening in each zone; also those where gay men are known to practice 'cruising'," municipal spokeswoman Manon Koffijberg said.

Cruising is a slang word used to describe the act of trawling for casual sex. "If you don't want to be confronted by a vision of that sort, the signs allow you to avoid specific areas," Ms Koffijberg said.

The De Oeverlanden park in Slotervaart, south-west of Amsterdam, is known as a place where homosexuals from all over the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe go in search of sex partners.

Ms Koffijberg said that while having sex in public was against the law, the park has been used for this purpose for so long that it has become "gedoog", a Dutch word for tolerating unwanted behaviour.

Word to the Wise: A naked couple had to be pulled from a freezing river after their car plunged off the bank while they were making love.

The couple told rescue workers in Moscow that they had driven to the beauty stop, beside the Lihoborka River, for a kiss and a cuddle.

But their passion proved too strong for the car's brakes and the next thing they knew the car slid into the icy water, reports daily newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda. Rescuers winched the driver and his 26-year-old girlfriend to safety where paramedics treated them for exposure.

I'm sure you heard about the british couple who were sentenced to 3 months in jail for having sex on the beach in Dubai [BBC].  

In the spirit of openness and not wanting to alienate the gay community, police in the UK have issued a report calling for leniency for acts of public sex and dogging [BBC].

They found that many people who are arrested for such victimless crimes have killed themselves because of the shame.  And they feel, and I quote, that "In any event it is not for the police to take the role of moral arbiter."

"The police role is to ensure that any complaints are dealt with fairly and professionally and that where individuals are engaged in lawful activity they may do so safely."   How refreshing!
