first time sex

Oh Goddess divine Betty, I have problems with penetration. I've been sexually active for four years, and it's always been an issue. It really hurts when a guy enters me, and I feel really tight. But after he thrusts a little while the pain goes away and I enjoy it. I'm wondering if I have a tilted uterus-because I've read that you can have problems with sex if you do. I also cannot use tampons because of the same penetration factor-it's agony wearing one. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
