Finally, someone had the nerve to say it - religion is the source of all sexism (Betty hates that term so I'll say misogyny).  Even as a child I knew that teaching women to submit to their husbands was dead wrong.  Love you, Bill:

I must say I’ve spent some time feeling somewhat betrayed by Obama, especially when he sent more troupes to Afghanistan. That started my downward spiral that we’d been fooled again. However in comparison to the GOP’s possible candidates for president, he now looks like a superior choice by far.

Yes, I know we are no longer even considering America is a democracy since the corporations have taken over. Thanks to the Supreme Court that is no longer supreme but a bunch of bought and paid for GOP mouthpieces. However the other night listening to Bill Maher’s rants nailing the Republicans stand for their phony policies, I squealed with delight when he said:
