If you are dissatisfied with any item you've purchased at the DodsonAndRoss.com Sex Shop, please contact us within 14 days to receive your Return Authorization and the instructions for shipping your return to us.

Returned Items Policy

  • Your claim must be placed within 14 days of arrival of your purchase.
  • Returned items must be unused and/or unopened and in a resellable condition.
  • Return Authorizations are not automatic and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

We'll pay the return shipping costs if your dissatisfaction is a result of our error. After receiving your return and evaluating the items and their condition, we will contact you and proceed from there. Refunds include the costs for the items purchased and sales tax and do not include shipping or any customs costs.
