Can You Recommend a Condom for Oral Sex?

Dear Dr. Betty,

Can you suggest the best condom for giving blow jobs? Although I haven't tried everything, the so-called "flavored" ones make me nauseous; is there a non-flavored condom that doesn't taste so "latex-y?"

Also, now that my husband & I are into the swing lifestyle, if I do give a blow job without using a condom how can I tell the man is about to ejaculate his pre-cum? I fear ingesting somebody else's fluids & cannot depend on someone pulling out at just the right time(I've asked before sexual activity but naturally people get lost in the moment!).
