Why Won't Someone Prosecute Operation Rescue

I've been seething all day after reading that NY Times piece on Operation Rescue in Kansas.  I had no idea that they'd moved their corporate headquarters to Kansas to harrass Dr. Tiller specifically. 

In the least, publishing Dr. Tiller's name, home address, and the address of his church on a website is reckless homocide.  They knew full well what would happen.  The legal definition of recklessness is careless to the point of being heedless to the consequences.  Operation Rescue was careless and as a result a living, breathing human being was murdered.  They were conscious of the risk but moved right ahead because murder is there business.

If they really believed in the sanctity of life, then they would be as outraged, strident, and heart broken over Dr. Tiller's murder as they are over some vacuumed human tissue.  I can respect the Catholics because they're right to life across the board: no death penalty, no murder, and no abortion.  No exceptions.  But Christians love the death penalty, support murder when it serves their purpose, and oppose abortion because it gives them something to fight against. 

I thought Jesus told the disciples to live according to the Roman laws..."to render unto Caeser that which is Caesar's".  Abortion is legal.  It's the law of the land.  Those who refuse to honor our laws and incite hatred and, ultimately, murder through dirty tricks and outright harrassment should be punished.  

I'm sick of being bullied by religious zealots.  They're the minority.  I want the ACLU or the Kansas District Attorney to file charges against the founder of Operation Rescue Randall Terry god dam it!
