I'm assuming that you're talking about doggie position...correct?  My man is very well endowed and we can only do that position when I have nothing in my stomach - and nothing in my bowels.  

Try using an enema before sex or waiting until you're all clear (shh....that's what they do in the porn industry: no food after 6pm if shooting the next day and an enema to boot).

Thanks for that. Its actually not doggie thats the problem - thats absolutley fine, its when im on my back with my legs hooked over his shoulders that it does it.

Maybe I'll just have to sacrifice the enjoyment and use a different position - I've never been one for planning when to do it, or not eating after 6pm for that matter!

It might be enough to hit the bathroom before you have sex.  Have you tried that?

This was horrible for me. After orgasm, I would have this horrible stomach ache. It would have me crying, and I am not easily moved to tears by physical pain. Then, I had a series of 3 colonics. I went to a professional and had them done. A colonic does a lot more than an enema because their equipment is able to cleanse the entire large intestine. An enema is only able to get the rectum.
