Any men experience sexual performance anxiety before?
When I was about 17 I remember I had a beautiful new girl in my life...she was gorgeous: Puerto Rican, beautiful face, gigantic breasts and a nice ass...
I got her in my bed, and I was so excited..but when it came down to the act, no matter what, I couldn't get hard...I freaked out, and thought I had erectile dysfunction, and began taking all kinds of pills and crap.
It wasn't until I stopped freaking out that I was able to get control over my erections again....when I stopped thinking, and worrying about them, I finally got my erections back.
This seems to happen to a lot of men, mostly young adults, who are not very experienced and confident in themselves yet. I wrote a blog entry on this yesterday...feel free to pass by and share your thoughts:

The link seems not to be working.
When it comes to ED I read that with young men 70% of cases of ED is psychological and 30% physiological in orgin. In older men it's the opposite situation.
I can only imagine what young males come through during those first times. The pressure on them to prove themselves, to be "male" and hard. It must be tough. Educating young people to appreciate other forms of sexual expression that don't require an erection would lessen that pressure and make it easier for boys to stay relaxed.
I remeber watching some documentary when an elderly man was telling how he couldn't "get it up" with his first girlfriend and his dad comforted him that "As long as your tongue is working you won't ever be impotent".
