I regularly look over at the Popular content list on the left side of the D&R home page. I like to see what the majority of visitors here find worth their time. Don’t you think the
owner of the Precious Pussy Tattoo should sell advertising time? That post is always
listed under popular content. Then there’s the Gallery. Knowing what is was and what it has been reduced to makes me sad. I still maintain hope for its full restoration. Many days I think about submitting a picture, even though an ID is required. Just haven’t got up the nerve yet!
But the one that has been bugging me, the one I would like to see bumped off, is the post titled
15 tips to make your girl cum (from Men’s Health). I don’t have an issue with the content. The tips are not bad. It’s just that one of the main thrusts of
D&R, one of the main reasons I cherish D&R, is all the great content around
how we, us women, need to own our sex lives, our sensuality, and therefore,
take responsibility for our own orgasms. Ownership of our sex lives is lagging behind,
and weighing heavily on the other aspects of our efforts to assert ourselves in
the workplace, in our communities, in our politics, and in our personal
Men’ Health gives tips to men who have girls for whom they need to provide an orgasm.
I’ll bet the D&R readership can list a lot more the 15 things that help us get ourselves off. Let’s try! Maybe together we can knock that Men’s Heath post off the home page’s most popular list.
