I've always found it amusing how antidepressants rob the patient of their one joy left in life - their sexuality. I'm sorry to be blunt, but people are simply fucking stupid when it comes to sex. Sex is your birthright, anyone suggesting otherwise should be put up against the wall...Enjoy the ability God gave you with how your hands reach everywhere on your body. If you have an itch, scratch it. Simple.

And after you've had a few orgasms, if still worrying about depression try reducing the amount of sugar you ingest every day. Sugar will cause depression real quick.

I found them 3 years ago, and they literally saved my (and my children's) lives.

I went to my regular Doc saying I was depressed, suicidal, homicidal, sleep deprived, and just plain burned out (13 mo. post partum with twins and a 3.5 y.o. at home). I asked to have my thyroid checked since I felt these were symptoms...not the problem itself. I asked to have my thyroid checked, Doc refused. Handed me scrips for anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, and sleep pills. WTF?

A month later I found Julia.

She and her crew figured out that not only was I not getting enough thyroid medication, I wasn't getting the right type. I was also suffering from: adrenal burnout, celiac disease, malnutrition, sleep apnea, and other food allergies.

I have been on antidepressant since I was sixteen but I have always enjoyed a great sex life with just myself. I was lucky, I read Betty's book when still a teenager and it changed my life. 
Yes antidepressants do seem to make orgasms more difficult but don't give up because you just have to love your body, touch yourself and learn to pleasure yourself because with much perseverence anti-depressants do not have to prevent orgasms. I suffer severe depression and I take a nice slug of anti-depressants and I orgasm all the time many times several times in a row. Your most powerful sexual organ is your brain. Your thinking about your sexuality is the biggest tool to orgasm. Send yourself good messages about your body and your pussy and you WILL orgasm!
