How to Keep Nipple Sensitivity with Breast Enhancement
Was looking at a favorite pinup model today named Suzie Q. Her interview mentioned how she retained her nipple sensitivity while going from a B - C size to a D cup. I have discussed breast enhancement / augmentation with lovers before and the issue that gives them pause, besides back issues, clothes fitting, and difficulty with exercise, is loss of nipple sensitivity and scars. Suzie Q is the first I've heard with no visible scarring or loss of nipple sensitivity because they go in through the underarm. Thought I'd put that out there for women who are interested in a larger cup size and keep their nipple eroticism. This sounds like it would make breastfeeding with augmented breasts possible too. Although I admittedly don't know anything specific about that topic.

No Issue for Brestfeeding
After breast feeding her first child, my sister in-law’s breasts went from B to barely-there A. She was in great shape so had very little body fat, and she was decidedly unhappy with her new “waif look.” Her cloths didn’t fall nicely, and, knowing her husband, I bet he missed her old boobies as well!
She decided on breast implants (a “large C” which, in my opinion, are in the proper proportion to her shoulder width and her overall height) and had absolutely no issues breast feeding her subsequent babies.
However, I’ve always been curious about how they feel now to her husband, and if she lost any sensitivity. I guess I should just ask!
Other than those potential negatives (and the health risk/reward decision,) as someone who finds both the male and female human form beautiful (can't wait for Betty's art to be posted), I don’t think that there is necessarily anything wrong with a woman’s body image, or self esteem, simply because she opts for breast implants.
However, I always wonder why some women ruin the appealing proportions of their natural form with a set of mis-proportioned implants. Opting for overly large bosoms that compel everyone, including cats and dogs, to gawk, seems to indicate some kind of personal issue. No?
When it comes to a sex, can a man’s fascination with sucking on large breasts, regardless of the rest of the package, override any sense of physical beauty, which usually requires a sense of visual proportion?
Maybe big tits are just a huge turn-on while fantasizing during masturbation and not really a requirement when it comes to partner sex when all that other good, sexy stuff comes into play. Curious …
