Day One of Exercising My Penis

I've been writing my e-booklets on specific sexual pleasure and female orgasm topics. The relevance of penis size, depending on the woman and her partner, is abundantly clear to me. Further, the role of the big penis as I understand it and teach it as a sex life consultant. It has to do with how consistently a woman can reach what many call "vaginal orgasm." In short, size does matter. Absolutely. (And, her's does too!) More about that in my publication. :)
Problem is, the truth can free some and create searing hot agony for others. If I go around teaching what many would refer to as a "vaginal orgasm" that is heavily dependant on the size of the penis on hand, the penis owners who can't pull off the physics involved will be greatly disappointed. However, the truth still has to come out. What to do?
One day, a book comes in the mail literally out of nowhere. A paperback, lime-green and white cover with a naked man sitting, staring at his johnson, entitled: "Exercising The Penis: How to Make Your Most Prized Organ Bigger, Harder, and Healthier" compiled and edited by Aaron Kemmer mostly from online members of forums seriously dedicated to the practice. He signed the inside front cover:
"I hope you enjoy the book --Aaron Kemmer"
Then further down:
P.S. I loved your book, Betty!
www.pegym.com is the companion website for the book. One of the key facts that made me stop my day and wish to learn more was when I read that the penis is up tp 50% smooth muscle. Any muscle can be built up. Apparently the corpus cavernosum, the spongy chambers that fill with blood, go along for the ride and get bigger too. As evidenced from the front cover, penis hardness is also affected. The following statement is not to brag. It's to make the point that according to my experience across all the women I've had sex with, one of the most common compliments my cock has gotten is how hard it gets and stays that way, and how much harder when it's coming. "God... you're so HARD!" That's hot, and I love hearing that, but the notion still crossed: "Yeah? So?" Made me think, wow... what's going on out there? Why are, apparently, so many men out there not this hard? And young men at that! I know I'm a clean eater and almost non-drinker, non-smoker. Betty said to me that's why. Still.... Performance anxiety? Anyway, on with the book description:
The system's not a pill, not a quick fix, but a consciencious methodical exercise routene to follow that within 3 months to a year, on average and depending on the individual, will yield results. I'm all for an approach that makes you work for it than the silver bullets. I started reading through the book, got very busy and sidetracked, put it up on my bookshelf and forgot about it for about the last six months. I'm waking up early in the morning now, and going to bed earlier, and doing weight training every other day. Before some stair climbing on off-lifiting days, I dont have anything to do in the morning when I get up. The penis exercises called to me from across the room and I answered.
Now, I'm happy with my penis size. At seven inches fully erect and 1.75" thick, it's above average, according to "Exercising The Penis's" stats. Especially girthwise. My girth is larger in proportion to my length. However, I wouldn't mind a some more girth and an extra inch of length. So, why not blog on my progress? Also, according to the book, the change is permanent (with certain exercise steps taken) and healthy for the penis. How many men out there are suffering with less than average size when there's a natural answer? I'll Dr. Jekyll this and see what it does to me and The Captain. I'll keep you informed on his trek toward the rank of Admiral.
