No, I'm not kidding - foreskin man is a new superhero "frustrated by societys failure to protect its most vulnerable citizens, Foreskin Man has taken up the fight against male genital mutilation.

Aided by the power of his technologically advanced plasma boots, Foreskin Man flies above the city to hunt down criminals who cut the genitals of innocent boys.

Thanks for sharing this Carlin.

In reality, people who support circumcision rarely have bad intentions... but the REAL nemesis is the myths and misconceptions that shape the views of those in circumcising cultures... that can make it hard for well-meaning individuals to see the unnecessary harm that circumcision causes.

The foreskin is extremely sensitive - packed with thousands of fine-touch nerve endings - like those found in the fingertips and lips. It also protects the glans and urethra - just like the labia and hood of a female. The mobility of the foreskin also aids sexual activity, for the individual and for his partners.

Don't be afraid to critically question circumcision - it doesn't mean you love your circumcised friends and family any less - just that you don't want to participate in the perpetuation of the practice any longer.

Despite all my intactivism, I do not like this comic.

The enemy in the American Foreskin Holocaust, is our own sexual timidity, ignorance, medical venality, and hygiene obsessions.

I wish B&C would make an Intactivism VIDEO!

I hear what you're saying Consa. Despite finding the comic interesting, I would not send it to anyone in an effort to educate them about intactivism or the benefits of the foreskin, or the harms of circumcision.

In fact, some might even claim the comic is wildly sexist as well.. and they certainly have a case.

I guess I just appreciate the work that went into creating it, thought the logo was cute, and was really glad to see Betty and Carlin tackling this issue again by posting the link.

What I would REALLY love is if they'd make a weekly video about their feelings about infant foreskin. Betty's feature post about circumcision that she worked on with Carlin was fantastic, and I would love for those views to get more exposure. I think they could really make a difference and help to educate people about the harm of circumcision.

To clarify, I meant a single video one time as the topic for their weekly youtube video series.. not like a video EVERY week on the topic. :p
