Sgt. Kimberly Munley To the Rescue

I'm sure you've heard about the crazed gunman at Fort Hood who went on a shooting rampage.  Well, this is the woman who brought him down...literally.  Sgt. Kimberly Munley is an expert in firearms and a member of the local police SWAT team.  She was on her way to take her car into the shop when she heard about the shooting on her police radio.  She raced to the scene, jumped out of her car - gun drawn - and exchanged direct fire with Nidal Malik Hasan and took the motherf*cker out.  Don't worry...she's fine but she did get shot in both thighs and in the right wrist.

It's like a scene from a movie it's so vivid.  I mean she didn't think twice about taking action and SHE'S A MOTHER OF TWO.  There goes that whole women-can't-go-into-combat-if-they-have-children argument.  Oh, and did I tell you she's 34 years old and all of 5'4''?  Guess you don't have to be 6 foot with brawn to be effective.  None of her friends or coworkers were surprised referring to Kimberly as a "fire ball".  I can't wait to see her interview on 20/20.
