My brother's getting married today (I'll be twitpic'ing it all) so posts will be limited. Here's some good news from the web:

In what's being called "India's Stonewall", the New Delhi High Court on Thursday decriminalized homosexual intercourse between consenting adults, by striking down section 377 of the Indian Penal Code.

An HIV/AIDS vaccine developed in Canada has passed safety tests in animals and the researchers are awaiting approval to begin human trials in the U.S. *fingers crossed*

Finally, a women's history magazine. HerStoria is a webzine covering the female sex from across the centuries, and investigating the ways in which women responded and lived their lives.  I'm going to submit Betty ;)
