Finally, someone had the nerve to say it - religion is the source of all sexism (Betty hates that term so I'll say misogyny).  Even as a child I knew that teaching women to submit to their husbands was dead wrong.  Love you, Bill:

I have to disagree. I think human nature is misogynistic when  a power structure is involved and religion is the justification. As an atheist, I know many a sexist non-religious person who is unaware of their thinking.

..........I have NEVER thought women should submit to ANYONE.....much less their husbands.....I would lose a great amount of respect for my wife if I thought she believed this. If anything.....I submit to HER.
