Hand Continues to Cramp When I Stimulate My Clitoris

Hi Dr. Betty,

I have recently discovered how wonderful my clitoris is. Yes, when I first started to masturbate at the age of 11 I did insert a finger and that's how I got off. I did not know what the clitoris was at the time. Well now as a 17 year old and hoping to become a future sexologist, I HAVE HAD A CLITORAL ORGASM! I do not stimulate my clitoris often because that's not how I orginally masturbated/orgasmed, but I was completely and utterly aroused the other day labia & clitoris engorged (and looking quite beautiful) I received oral and WOW!!!!

It was getting intense but I just let go and had a clitoral orgasm! Such an amazing and addicting experience in fact I had 2 more afterwards! I'm trying to do the same thing by myself and my hands continue to cramp up when I stimulate clitorally. I follow the rock the hip motion, kegels, and wear a blindfold to focus more. Do you have any suggestions on how to relieve this??

Thank you,
K

Dear K,

Yay! The clitoris is our primary organ of pleasure. So glad to hear you have found it. The vagina is the birth canal and the G spot is part of the clitoral system that's inside the urethral sponge surrounding the urinary tract. It's erectile tissue, but since it sits on the other side of the vaginal ceiling, it's a very indirect form of stimulating the clitoris. Be sure to use an organic massage oil when massaging any part of your vulva, especially your clitoris. I suspect that with more practice you won't tighten up the muscles in your hand that's causing them to cramp. You can always pause for a moment and shake your hands out. You're doing great!

Fresh Aloe Vera gel from the plant is an awesome lubricant!

Most of my toys require water based lubricant and when I lived in the US I bought Aloe Vera Gel (organic) and used that. HOWEVER, now that I live in Ecuador, I have access to fresh Aloe Vera plants and I harvest one leaf to add to my smoothies in the morning and save the outer skins to use for a facial and then ofcourse as a fresh lubricant that can be used internally and externally.

The fresh plant (sabilla) might be available in the US at Mexican markets. I highly recommend this. And if you want to juice it you can find videos on youtube that show how to fillet a leaf.
I love Betty's post "Pleasure is the best healer"...
so wishing each of you lots of Pleasure..
Suzanne
