Hi Betty,

I am a 17 year old female and I was talking with a guy friend of mine about women having orgasms. We had a little disagreement that I'm now curious about. I told him that a woman usually orgasms from the clitoris whether directly or indirectly, that the g spot is simply indirect stimulation of the clit, and that vaginal orgasms are possible but rare. He claimed that it is possible for girls to have an orgasm from hitting the cervix, which seems like it would be painful rather than pleasurable.

Am I wrong? During intercourse does the penis usually hit the woman's cervix? If it did would that be a pleasure spot? I read somewhere that the cervix moves throughout the month and is higher around the time of ovulation. Is this true?

I have another question too. I'm still a virgin so I don't know if this is true, but i'm guessing being penetrated by a penis would feel different than fingers, and the come hither motion that people say to use to hit the gspot would feel different than a penis hitting it. am I right?

Any man who bangs into my cervix gets kicked out of bed. However, soft consistent pressure is quit different and can feel good providing my clitoris continues to be engaged (preferable by me). When a woman gets very turned on, her cervix lifts which is called "ballooning" for some strange reason. This creates more room for deeper penetration. However, very few men have large enough penises to be able go that deep. The idea of banging into a cervix seems to be a male fantasy proving he's a stud. Yes, a penis feels different from fingers but there's also similarities. Fingers are best for G spot play if a woman likes it. I do not.
