Better Orgasms. Better World.
Dear Betty,
I have what I hope is an interesting question for you.
I’m writing an article on the combination orgasm now and found your very interesting article about it on your site.
I have several questions really, but I’ll try to stick to the one which is the most essential for my article.
Ok, here we go: IS A COMBINATION ORGASM ALWAYS TWO ORGASMS AT THE SAME TIME (I.G. G-SPOT + CLITORAL ORGASM) OR COULD IT BE JUST A DIFFERENT TYPE OF ORGASM (A STRONGER ONE) THAN THE OTHER TYPES WE HAVE NAMES FOR, CAUSED BY STIMULATING SEVERAL SPOTS AT THE SAME TIME? AND YOU’RE MAYBE ALSO MORE RELAXED AND INTO IT THAN USUAL?
I’m thinking my brain off here. The reason I ask is that I experienced my best orgasm so far recently, when I was on top of my man and at the same time rubbed my clitoris against his pelvic area. And it sure was a rock’n’roll orgasm I got, but I’m not so sure if it was a vaginal orgasm plus a clitoral orgasm, or if the whole orgasm experience was just better because he was inside of me while I came and I was also incredibly relaxed/turned on. Was this a combination orgasm, you think..?
The question might sound very strange and maybe difficult to get the grip on, but I’m not sure how to explain it differently.
I’m just struggling to fully understand if the combination orgasm only occurs when you get two types at the same time, or if it could occur when you stimulate two or several spots/areas at the same time and therefore gets a stronger/”fuller” more bodily orgasm as a result.
PS. I hope to publish the article allready on Friday 21st of September and would really love to quote you in it if you could help me understand this a little better.

Hi M,
The term "combo orgasm" refers to a combination of clitoral stimulation with vaginal penetration at the same time. Woman on top is vaginal penetration with indirect clit stim by pressing into his body. This would most likely be called a vaginal orgasm and was one of the best positions for me to get off until I reached my late thirties. That's when my current lover included a vibrator into the mix. I was 37 and he was 45. My appetite for sex was wearing him out so the vibrator was great for both of us.
My understanding is that the clitoris is the seat of all orgasms. If we visualize the internal clitoris, even so-called vaginal orgasms involves the internal clitoris such as the legs, bulbs, urethral and perineal sponges that are all erectile tissue. Women have nearly as much erectile tissue as men but ours is internal.
There is no corresponding organ for the so-called G spot. It's the urethral sponge that sits on the other side of the ceiling of the vagina that gets stimulated with a finger, sex toy or a penis. Female ejaculation is no more than a teaspoon of whitish fluid. Squirting comes from the bladder and is dilute urine. It is not the same as having an orgasm.
Forget "spots." Think "clitoris" I'm inclosing a link of me drawing the internal clitoris.
