Dr. Tiefer has been a brave voice speaking out against Big Pharma's outrageous greed as they push more and more drugs down Americans throats. We have also been in complete agreement over the years about the other greedy profession of vaginal labiaplasty where doctors supposedly give young women what they want. . .to look like porn stars who have had their inner lips trimmed to appear more. . .what? Childlike? Neat? Less to deal with "down there?" And it's mostly based upon a lack of visual information about the range of appearance of women's vulvas.

I was at a work meeting and we were talking about one of the GYN's who does these procedures. The woman who was talking it up mentioned heightened G-spot sensitivity. Being the smart ass I am, I said, "Gee, I'll stick with Kegels and clit stim. Thanks but no thanks!"
