Thank you for your reply! I am very glad your internet page is there! After weeks of surfing the internet I find your approach is the only serious one and there is going beyond what can be found in books (!). - I am loosing a lot of energy when ejaculating. I can feel it for days. It puts me in bad mood. I find that some ejaculate too much. One can see it. They look old with 35. I find rapid ejaculating without listening to the body is a form of violence on ones own body. I find pleasuring without wanting anything but being with what can be sensed, can be a tremendous experience.
The slow start is like a key of opening up to stronger sensations. I discovered that after meditation pleasuring works particularly well. Without ejaculating I go through most of the sensations one has when having a quick orgasm with ejaculating. After hours of pleasuring (without ejaculating) the testicles feel like they do after ejaculation. After years of pleasuring the sensations on the penis are stronger and are not only concentrated around the penis but spread to areas nearby and the whole body. Pleasuring/ masturbating without ejaculating has an effect on the brain, mostly the right side. There is higher sensitivity and one is less disturbed, better focused and there is a wider range of perception.
I was most excited about one of the discussions on your page about masturbating with a friend side by side without touching the other but sharing the sensations. For me this is like a dream! It could solve many problems we have with sex, I thought. - I have seen the statistics which say ejaculating is good to reduce prostate cancer. The statistics, however, does not tell whether those who did not ejaculate often did pleasure themselfs often or not. I would say once the prostate is active and is stimulated regularly this will not increase the likelyhood for getting prostate cancer. But some say the ejaculating gets some of the substances out which might cause cancer. Would you recommend regular blood tests after 50 to check whether the prostate is doing fine?
I see you have given withholding ejaculations a lot of thought. What you say I have heard other men say similar things. I totally support your following statement: "I find pleasuring without wanting anything but being with what can be sensed, can be a tremendous experience." I do agree with you.
As for getting medically checked out, that's fine. Just don't let the doctor talk you into taking some worthless med unless absolutely necessary. In those cases I'd get a second opinion. Sounds to me like you are taking very good care of yourself. Carry on.
