Our Tantra Weekend

Betty and I spent the weekend in the Catskills at the Daka/Dakini Fall Conference. For those of you who don't know what tantra is it's basically eastern principles of sexuality. We were their keynote speakers.

Driving up to the Shandelee Lake Inn was no easy task. My gps was fucked, my mapquest directions were shit, and we drove in circles for 30 minutes. Then I decided to just relax. I knew I had to head north and west so I would just follow the signs. We arrived by osmosis.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the conference. The inn was an old bed and breakfast that you can rent out for private events so we were their only guests. Keith, the manager, was a dream. Betty and I spent a bit of time hanging out back with Keith and his sidekick Herman in the kitchen. The food was amazing and healthy.

More importantly, this was a gathering of sexual healers. I don't think I've ever been in a place that was filled with so much positive sexual energy in my life. It was like coming home. Everyone was open and free. Just being able to touch someone without it being a major thing was so wonderful. Saturday night there was a bonfire and a play party.

We hot tubbed, we chanted, we breathed, and we connected. And Betty and I rocked our keynote address. Everyone felt that we were amazing together. We were amazing. It just all felt right.
