Dear Betty and Carlin,
I've recently got into a typical 'teenage' relationship. 'Going out' with each other, holding hands, kissing when we think no one is looking, and generally having a great time with each other. Its not love, but its fun, and its just enjoyable. The other day, taking it a step further, I gave him head. I'm not claiming to be amazing at head, but I love giving it, and I've always had positive feedback when I do... Except, in this case, it took almost an hour to get him off, which has never happened to me before, so I was a little....Shocked.
Dear Betty,
I have been married for three years now and my husband and I are anxious to have children. We have wonderful sex, but we have a problem. In the 3 years that we have been together, my husband has only ejactulated twice. He has no problem ejactulating while masterbating, but he does not cum when we are having sex.
After our sessions he usually complains of a head ache and most of the times masterbates after ward to get off. Can too much masterbating be the cause of him not cumming when we are having sex? Is there any advice as to what we can to do make him cum? Please help becasue I sometimes feel like I am not good enough for him and that we will never be able to have kids.
Looking For hope!!!
Dear H,

Hi I'm a 21 year old guy and i am uncircumcised. I have always been somewhat ashamed of the fact and recently decided i should get circumcised. I'm not over confident about the whole thing and wonder if it is a good choice, and what exactly the procedure would entail. Just thought you might have some info for me on the subject?
thanks
Dear B,
I'll start by saying that I personally am a 20 year old male that has been dating my girlfriend for over 2 years now. The first time we dated for just under a year, there was nothing physical beyond kissing, and even our first kiss took 6 months. The second time around, we both lost our virginity and became very sexual for about a month. After that, It died down to a once or twice a month level. This was about 6-8 months ago.
I am 71 years old, had a hysterectomy 30 years ago, been off estrogren for 10 years and not had intercourse in many years, and before that infrequently. The last time I attempted intercourse it was painful and stinging. Four months ago I began masturbating (no prior experience) the vaginal barbell at first was painful and stung to insert but soon became enjoyable. With the strawberry vibrator I never had any difficulty with stinging or burning upon insertion and I LOVE IT!
I redently purchased "Smartballs" but have found it stings and is quite painful upon trying to insert them.
Dear Betty,
I used to have a very hard time orgasiming at all, but after seeing a sex therapist once who explained the root of the problem and a few year of due dilligence, I have cured my issue and can cum by myself or with a man. But now I have been seeing this man who I care for very much who mostly has a very difficult time coming in bed with me (but not on his own). He says it's always been like that with women. I want to help him overcome this phycological hinderance, but he's pretty much given up hope and doesn't know why he is like this. Still, he sometimes gets very frustrated about this, so I know it bothers him.
Single, age 68 (very young), not in a relationship, but interested, hysterectomy at age 44, on estrogen replacement for over 20 years till last year, testosterone cream (a little) for 2-3 years till last year, surprise invasive breast cancer last year, lumpectomy Nov., as of April on Arimidex aromatase inhibitor, supposedly for next 5 yrs., I am trying to work the mind over matter, around the deprivation of all my "fountain of youth" hormones and am starting to despair over lack of physical both skin/touch and vaginal feeling and capability to respond to fantasy and masturbation (I try to keep up the good work and not let go of hope).
I am a 68 yr. old woman, very young and energetic for my age , sexually active, my boyfriend is 57 and gets me so excited that I never need lubrication. I seem to get wet when he just touches or kisses me....unbelievable, however I have a difficult time reaching climax. I never took any HRT...do you think I should see my gyno as maybe my hormone levels are off thus making no blood flow to my clitoris? He seems frustrated for me as well as I am...do not want to lose this relationship because of this problem...what shoud I do? Please suggest something or something natural as I am afraid of hormones.
Thanks so much...A
Dear Adrienne,
