One's penis is forever mixed up or confused with one's manhood. So the whole equation – physical (the organ itself) and notional (masculinity/manliness/manhood) – is inscrutable since the physical and ideological substitute for one another, inadequately. Insufficiency is something men wrestle with as a consequence of being gendered (or "male"). Inadequacy is something every boy discovers in adolescence: It's the (imagined) adversary they'll spend the rest of their lives fending off. This is the course manhood takes in culture, when predators are few and all one has is himself.
I have been self-conscious of my penis since I can remember. I have spent a great deal of my adult seeing past this.
These images focus on my penis in a flaccid state. They are self-portraits in a way, what my manhood looks like from the outside. There's more on the inside, but the point is I'm finally comfortable with the part that's out there.

Self-acceptance is the hardest thing of all
I am new to this community and your gallery submission resonates with me. I used to be extremely selfc onscious about my body. I put a lot of effort into NOT exposing myself to anyone, women included. I slept practically dressed all the way through boarding school. Didn't have the courage to take relationships to the "next level" because I was afraid of being rejected for my shortcomings. Did a whole lot of not living until I finally took a risk.
You'll realize what I did: We're all man enough. Oh, and guys stop caring about other guys' endowments outside high school gym class.
Good luck with everything. Nice shots, BTW, not sure I'd figure you for a "small" guy at first glance. And I wouldn't glance twice.

Just wanted to say that I
Just wanted to say that I love the way your penis looks...it's very similar in size/shape to my partner's. Even though he's on the "smaller" size, I love it - he fits me perfectly! I love going on down on him, and I can take him all in - which he loves! :)
Re: Comments on my gallery
I appreciate your kind words. I've always admired the shape of my penis, especially its nice round head.
Have you contributed to the gallery yet?
